The mining wheeled dumper truck DSK30 is intended for transporting and unloading rock during mining operations. It is mainly used both in underground mines with a low profile and in large underground operations, but also in tunneling applications. The size of the body determines the transport volume and thus the capacity options and performance of the dumper.
The movement of the dumper is provided by a pair of axles (front, rear) driven by cardan shafts through a gearbox and a hydrodynamic converter, which is driven by a diesel combustion engine. The front axle is vertically pivoting.
Hydraulic fluid pressure to the machine system for body tipping and brake control is provided by toothed hydrogenerators. The steering of the machine is provided by the steering wheel via servo control. The rotation of the dumper is ensured by means of a joint. The service brakes and injection pump are controlled by a pair of foot pedals. The body is controlled using a joystick.
The dumper is equipped as standard with an engine brake and a hydrodynamic converter with the LockUp function, which ensures safe and smooth driving from the tilt of the mine with a full load, as well as a tipping body, or ejector body.
The dumper truck is characterized by a high level of safety for both the operator and the immediate surroundings, simple maintenance and operator comfort. The dumper truck is able to work in very difficult working conditions.
