The LHD loader is designed for loading and moving bulk materials over short distances to designated areas. It is mainly used in both low-profile underground mines and large underground operations, including the creation of mines, mining operations and excavation of tunnels during construction. The size of the bucket determines the transport volume, and thus the capacity and performance of the loader. Movement of the loader is ensured by a pair of axles (front, rear) driven by cardan shafts via a gearbox and a hydrodynamic torque converter, which is driven by a diesel combustion engine. The rear axle swings vertically.
