The TZHK2x5 Hydraulic Transport Equipment is designed for transporting and handling loads on a single-track suspension track in both mine sections and surface areas, accommodating horizontal planes and inclinations up to ± 30°.
- Usage: Recommended to be used with an approved suspended locomotive or manipulator for traction and as a source of pressurized oil.
- Compliance: Meets Government Regulation No. 116/2016 and Directive 2014/34/EU, classified in group I, category M2 for environments with explosion risks.
- Design: Comprises two frames, a joint, three supporting carriages, and a connecting rod with a hydraulic switchboard for control. The system connects to a towing vehicle or train set.
- Operation: Features a slow-running hydraulic motor with a gearbox and stationary brake. A chain wheel between the hydromotor flange and gearbox sets the lifting chain in motion via the guide boat on supporting ridges. Suspension hook spacing can be adjusted from 1.2 m to 3.2 m in 0.1 m increments. The unloaded end of the chain is stored in a bag.
- Control: The hydraulic control is mounted on the connecting rod, outside the hazardous area of the load. Hydraulic fluid pressure from an external source provides the lifting force.
