The TZH10/20 Hydraulic Transport Equipment is designed for lifting, handling, and transporting loads on a single-rail suspension track in horizontal planes and bends up to ±30°. It should be used with an approved suspension locomotive for traction and as a source of pressurized oil.
- Safety: Suitable for environments with methane and coal dust explosion risks (SNM level 2) and complies with Government Regulation No. 116/2016 (Directive 2014/34/EU).
- Design: Comprises two TZH10 units connected by a rod, with a closed frame housing a hydraulic cylinder and braking trigger valve. The frame is suspended on the track via a carrier carriage.
- Operation: Traction chains operate through a chain gear system. Fixed locks secure one end of the chains, while the other ends attach to a load hanger via a rocker.
- Control: Managed by a switchboard located on the connecting rod between the TZH10/20 and the traction equipment.
