Battery-powered Manipulator

The DMZA15F type suspended mining battery manipulator is a modern, independent hydraulic unit that also serves as a traction unit on a suspended monorail track in mine workings and on the surface. The manipulator can operate in the horizontal plane and in inclinations up to ± 35°.

Our battery-powered manipulator provides a sustainable solution with zero emissions, ideal for use in mines where the priority is on environmental operation.

The source part of the manipulator includes the hydraulic circuit, electrical circuit, lithium battery - masterbox, support frame, covers and fire extinguishing circuit. The source part of the manipulator is suspended on braking trolleys, which contain safety elements for exceeding the speed limit and its subsequent braking.

Our DMZA15F mining manipulator meets the strict requirements of the ATEX certification, ensuring maximum safety in mining environments with the risk of methane and coal dust explosions.
