The DLZ240F Suspended Mining Locomotive is designed for transporting train sets on monorail suspended tracks in underground mines or on surface levels with inclinations up to ±30°. Key features include:
- Structure: Comprised of two driver’s cabins, geared driving units, motor and auxiliary parts, connected by rods.
- Configurations: Can use standard or geared driving units with integrated disconnector.
- Safety: Our suspended mining locomotive DLZ240F meets the strict requirements of ATEX certification, ensuring maximum safety in environments with the risk of methane and coal dust explosions.
- Auxiliary Equipment: Compatible with interchangeable auxiliary equipment such as passenger cabins, hydraulic tools, and material containers.
- Motor System: Includes a diesel engine, hydraulic and fuel tanks, cooling box, a wet exhaust box or dry method, and spring suspension on a supporting frame. Equipped with speed limiter for safety.
- Turbocharged Engine: Features a cooled turbocharger, intercooler, fuel filter, and exhaust management system ensuring safe gas discharge.
- Cooling System: Dual water circuits with pumps, expansion tanks, and radiator fans optimized for maximum performance.
- Electrical System: Monitors temperature, fluid levels, pressure, and speed, with fault diagnostics available through a visualization unit in the driver’s cabin.
- Hydraulic System: Includes a fluid tank, filters, hydraulic generator, pumps, and regulatory elements for drive units and auxiliary functions.
