An important activity in mines is the implementation of preventive inspections, adjustment of machines and monitoring the operation of transport sets, which are especially important in reducing downtime and increasing work safety in the mines. We offer KPBTS, KPBV4, KPBV5, MRC1 monitoring devices, and others, which are designed to test the braking and traction force of the device or for monitoring, setting the tripping speed of the centrifugal controller and measuring the reaction time of the emergency braking system of machines and equipment operated on suspended tracks. The TESTO 330 flue gas analyzer is used to check the set emission values. The MVO1 tester is used to check the tripping speed of the brake carriage speed limiter.
The basic elements of monitoring transport set operation are in every traction vehicle, where the necessary data on the operation of the machine can be found on the display. With the help of these systems, it is possible to continuously monitor the operation of traction, on the basis of which the user obtains an almost fully comprehensive overview of operating times, objective and subjective downtimes, and subsequently take the necessary measures in the field of logistics. All documentation can then be used in planning implementation of new transport systems, assessing their profitability and designing the right combination of transport systems.
